How can I make them last longer? Also, what is the true indication of them being dead? I think I have a DSE901 cartridge, it's a little black one. not refillable. Someone help!

Are you referring to cartridges or cartomizers? Either are refillable...
If you are new and don't know the difference, a cartomizer is an atomizer/cartridg in one piece, hence making the ecig a 2 piece model. Some sites refer to carto's as "cartridges"...and causes confusion.

They do not have any good pictures so not sure what it is. i thought they were 510's but maybe not. Hard to know for certain unless I could see it. Or at least i thought the Leo was an EGO, but maybe not, I forget.
Edit: I did a search on here for you. Apparently the Leo is an 801. Yours might be a 901, possible. I am sure someone will come along that knows but would help if they had pictures.
