...until they don't work anymore...then you can pull the filling and wash it out or replace with blue foam from the aquarium stores.....

Do you have a tank model (we call those cartridges tanks) and you can use them until they leak or have problems.
Or a normal Ego? Those cartridges can be used, reused, wash, dried, restuffed. If you have the 9.2mm diameter slim type of Ego atomizer (510 atomizer) and normal 510 cartridges you can buy precut blue foam stuffing at strictlyejuice.com else you need to try to cut your own from Marineland Rite-Size U Bonded Foam Sleeve (an aquarium product - see petsmart - or use some other kind of stuffing like Fluval).
BUT - most people don't keep using cartridges. They are probably the least favorite way to vape. Most people use cartomizers for their favorite juices. Boge are the most popular ones and work well with thin juices (I use PG juices w/ 20% or less VG in Boges). Cartomizers have limited lives but they hold more juice, generally need juice added less often, keep your flavors totally separate, no atomizer to keep clean. You do need to fill them well (18-24 drops), clean up, let settle on different sides for 15-20 minutes. Then vape - and pay attention to the vapor and flavor getting lighter or tasting off and add juice to keep it damp. If you do not keep a carto damp you will singe it and add a bitter taste.

Do you mean the cartridges or the atomizer? The cartridge is like the Energizer bunny, it'll keep going and going and going... The atomizer is the part that heats the liquid in the cartridge. The atty will not keep going and going.
