I bought an e-lite exec model e-cig the other day, and was pretty pleased with how it worked. Not as much vapour as an ordinary cig, nor that special 'first hit feeling' so to speak, but it worked well.

So, to begin with it seemed fine, but now it barely produces any vapour after a while. The first tug always produces a good hit, but beyond that I have to be sucking for about 10 seconds to even taste the flavour of the damn thing, let alone get a good hit of vapour.

Changing the cartridge always seems to help, and each time I'm thinking 'it could be a battery issue', but regardless of how long I've charged it by the fourth puff of a new cart it is hard to get a hit again. The beginning of each cart is a revelation, as I remember that this thing can actually work! When its like this, however, it does nothing to satisfy my cravings.

I thought I'd be getting about 100 sizeable hits to a cart and to each charge (according to the literature included. So far I've gone through five carts in three days, and am feeling pretty mugged off.

I came here because I doubt that if I rang e-lites customer support they would tell me that the brand itself is the problem, which could well be the case.

Any ideas?

Cart as in the kind you push onto an atomizer? And is it a very slim ecig, about as thick as a cigarette?

Sounds about right. Many "Name" brands lie about how long a cart lasts. And prefilled carts usually are filled with very little juice because auto batteries are easy to kill with juice drips. You can refill carts with eliquid but with auto batteries you should not put a lot in. Auto batteries are dependent on a drag sensor right through the hole in the end of the battery. If you get juice in there you can damage or kill the sensor.

Do they have a return policy? A money-back guarantee? If so, I recommend returning it.
