CASAA Membership Drive

Some of you know I started a membership drive for CASAA about 6 months ago, hoping to help some folks just getting started with items that I was no longer going to use (first was a batch of Blu and compatible cartos that I'd accumulated) and to increase the membership list of a selfless group defending our rights and our choice to vape. It has been a rewarding little hobby helping appreciative folks get to try some equipment and flavors, helping them find something that sticks with them, and I'll continue to do it as long as there's folks to sign up, I see it as a win-win-win for us all.

Ok, so, three things: If you haven't joined yet, what the heck are you thinking?

Second thing is if there's stuff you aren't using, PIF to someone you know you'd like to see off the analogs, or set it back and plan to send it to me for the drive. Why did I say plan?

Hi Flavored. I already signed up, no juice required but I have a question. Do you accept juices that have been gently used? I have several from other well loved crafters that just didn't hit it for me and I'll gladly contribute them if so. Thank you for all the work you do.

There's some killer liquid in there... the Belgian Simmered Tobacco and the Malty Toffee are particularly good.

I can't take credit for much more than providing a little gently vaped liquid for Flavored to give away - he's really taking on the brunt of the effort. Thank you for joining CASAA!! Stay frosty and keep an eye out for calls to action, specifically regarding the deeming regulations that are pending. All of us will need to go out and deliver on the promise of public comments. The more reasonable feedback they have, the better.

I would very much encourage people to give to the membership drive... CASAA needs support NOW (like never before). The collective voice of the vaping community needs to be heard!

If you vape and you haven't joined CASAA - you're wrong. It takes 5 minutes, it's free, and it gives you a channel to keep up on legislative issues that effect your rights as an American citizen. I can say with certainty that if every registered member of ECF were a member of CASAA, the situation with the FDA would look very different than it does today.

Please, after you join, be on the lookout for a "Call to Action" regarding the pending deeming regulations. The FDA is asserting control over the entire vaping industry - small and medium sized businesses (like Nicoticket) hang in the balance. Consumers have spoken - they are willing to tolerate the risk associated with vaping - we don't need premature bans and/or excessive regulations to take place. Let the research come forth and reserve the legistation for such time as there is reasonable scientific evidence to PROVE that vaping causes long term health issues.

One more time...

1) Join CASAA.

2) Monitor the website and your inbox with some regularity so you can keep abreast of any "calls to action" that directly apply to you.

Good thread, and Great Idea! I joined the CASAA a couple months ago, and although I haven't done much with it, I am always paying attention to the "threats" against vaping. We need to grow as a community and joining CASAA is a great way to support vaping. We all need to be aware and active to ensure our right to keep on vaping!!
