Just thought I'd post my quick, little creation to hold my extra battery and juice for my 510. I usually keep the assembled e-cig on my lanyard or in my pocket so this worked well for me.
The filling is the stiff, plastic shipping material that comes when you order a computer (this stuff came from a Dell server box as I work in I.T.). I doubt styrofoam would work as well.
