Casual Cigar Smoker and Pipe tobacco Smoker

Hello All,

I can't say that I am a smoker because in reality I'm not. However, I do on occasion enjoy a good cigar or while reading settle down with cherry root in my pipe, but again this is a rarity. So, I purchased Halos Triton. I purchased a few small bottles with 0 nicotine. I was however curious, why don't they offer their samples for the same bottles I bought with 0 nicotine. The lowest they had was 06 nicotine. So I had to buy the ones I wanted individually, no big deal just thought I would ask if anyone here knew why.

Also, with the above information I just posted, in your opinions, did I do good picking the Halo Triton? (I selected it because of the reviews I had seen, and the fact that they offered 0 nicotine.)

You did well
Clean the head after use and it will last you a long time
Don't clean it and just store it for long time it will gum up and not work well
Take the battery out when you store it
I don't know why they don't have sample packs of no nic juice ?

Thank you so much for the reply Harlen, but leaving the e-liquid in the tank alone is just fine correct? I shot them an email inquiring why they don't sell 0 nic juice samples, let's see what they send me back.

Welcome. You can get 0 nicotine just about anywhere, so the sky's the limit there. Used to smoke a pipe and know that vaping works. Good luck and have fun!

Thank you so much OlDogNewTricks, I appreciate the support. I have a bunch of 0 nic bottles I bought from Halo, I was just curious as to why they didn't offer a 0 nic sample kit. No worries, I shot them an email, and well update here once I get a response.

Can't answer the zero nic question. But Johnson Creek Red Oak Silverthorn is a fine, rich pipe tobacco flavor and samples are available.

Thanks a lot IBCR Media for the reply, I appreciate it and will look into those. I sure wish I could find something similar to cherry root as that was my fave pipe flavour.

Unfortunately, the sample packs do not come with 0mg/ml Nicotine Level. It is a suggestion that has passed along to management. Hopefully this will be somethng we can offer in the future.

I have to say I love these guys, they sent my order to me in a day, and they responded to my question in a day. You have to love that.

IBCR, how would Johnson Creek work with the Halo Triton? I've read that you have to be careful with certain juices and polycarbonate made tanks.

Should I buy a Pyrex Tank and adapter?

gyrene you never said why you are intent on using zero nic juice. It's true that compared to cigs uninhaled pipe and cigar tobacco don't result in as much nicotine absorbtion but its far from zero. As a very rough guess I'd say that a 6 mg juice would provide nicotine in amounts similar to pipe and cigar smoking. If zero nic is a necessity then try out some of the very many juice makers that blend to order and then the sky's the limit on flavors.

Pleased to read this thread gyrene, I'm in a similar situation. I'm an occasional pipe and cigar smoker and decided to pick up some Zero Nic juices and a PV myself recently (I haven't tried the Triton though, I'm on an Ego-Twist with Boge Cartomizers). I ended up with a zero nic ten pack sampler from thevaporroom.net. I was able to pick any of their flavors to boot. Halo should seriously consider it.

I can't speak for the OP but most of my pipes and cigars, even uninhaled, can still make your head spin or stomach turn with their "Vitamin-N" content.
