Greetings:
Since I started vaping (about a month ago) and put down analogs, our cat, who always avoided me like a kennel full of Pit Bulls, camps on my lap and donates hair to every garment I wear. I was a pack a day smoker for over 40 years and the family cat had been less than friendly toward me since we got him about ten years ago. It seems that the cat just didn't like the smell of tobacco on my cloths and me. After about a week of vaping, no cigarettes, no ashtrays and no tobacco breath, the cat decided that I had now become his favorite piece of furniture. This was highly noticeable to my wife . Unfortunately, last Friday evening, while in the back yard, I smoked an analog offered to me by a neighbor. I then went in the house and sat in my/the cat's favorite chair. The cat sniffed my clothes, then me and promptly walked away. For the rest of the night he walked around me as if i was surrounded by an electric fence. This was also noticed by my wife who has been on my case about smoking ever since. Today, he has taken up residence in my lap again whenever I sit in "our" chair. Now my wife watches the cat's to see if I been smoking. Good thing he doesn't seem to mind the smell of beer, the little Tuna breathed hairy stool pigeon.
Thanks for letting me vent. OldDude1
