I rarely do positive reviews. I am making the exception here. This vendor is exceptional. The products are great. I bought some premixed Hangsen from them. What really impresses me is the fast response time. I emailed them quite a few times asking questions and obtained a swift & concise response. I did obtain a dud disposable cigarette in my order. It was nearly a week before I actually realized it was a dud. I finally tried it because my intent was to give it to a geriatric patient at work. It did not work. I figured I would email the vendor to give them a heads up. They credited my account for the amount. I did not expect it. They do stand behind their mission statement.
