CAUTION on ordering from GOTVAPES

I really hate to do this but everyone needs to know when there is a supplier who is dishonest and seems to be here just to take our money. Now I'm not the only one to be having problems with this company, they won't let you post anything negative on there thread, they delete the post.

Now I'm not affiliated with any supplier, I have been vapping heavily since Sept 2010. I have done business with a lot of suppliers, and this company is definetly at the bottom, now of course this is my opinion.

Now there are many many great companies out their with excellent customer service, that I have done business with. I will not name them for obvious reasons.

Again this is my personal opinion from my experiences with Gotvapes.

Hi Mike - in our forum I have deleted a total of 3-4 posts in the entire time we have had a forum, and we get alot of posts. Your post was deleted over an issue we had the right to delete over and I won't go into details here but to state that it is incredibly defammatory to call us dishonest financially because we deleted one of your posts.

Your issue was you were upset that some sample juices you purchased from GotVapes, I think back in January, were not to your satisfaction. It was a tobacco sampler and you told us back then, when we simply had a supplier's thread, that you didn't like them. At the time Chris offered to you that we would try to send you some extra juices, which we did from my recollection. If I am wrong about it I stand corrected but we do hundreds of orders, sometimes on a daily basis. Your issue was not one of a back ordered item or an out of stock item. There is no formal way to handle that. We can and do forget informal arrangements at times but I do distinctly remember that in your case we did send out some extra juices, not a complete new sampler, I am not sure, but we DID do something. With that said, the proper way to handle things, if you felt that you were not taken care of, is in CS through an email or a PM and not several months later come into our forum and blast us in such an absolute way. I warned you of this in the thread and you replied with another caustic post and THAT post was deleted, not your original post.

Nevertheless this thread is defammatory and untrue, slanderous. Your situation was not one of us beign dishonest at all. Ironically, this thread IS in itself, dishonest. I am not saying you are dishonest Mike but in your anger of having a deleted post in our forum you have chosen a very poor, and what could be for any vendor, damaging post/thread. I am hoping for all concerned that your intent was not malicious. This was very very sloppy.

Well first of all I have never received any replacement juices. And absolutely nothing has been done. And the way my juices arrived, In a small priority box, with no cushion inside the box, juices were all banging around inside, and the juices came in different size bottles, seemed like they were used.
Why is it you want to do everything behind closed doors, with PM's and emails. Seems like you just don't want people to know of the issues you are having with customers. I have received numerous pm's from ecf members who agree your CS is not good. But the bottom line here is you have no idea of my situation. I have had absolutely no problems with other companies, China and the US both.
All my post said , " I was promised replacement juices over a month ago" , and you deleted it, you called it a "BULLY and RUDE post" are you kidding me?

Again you are very much stating half truths here Mike and all of this was from this past January/February - at that time we DID send you out extra juices and as I stated above if you felt you weren't taken care of we are accessible in PMs and emails NOT to come in our forum LITERALLY MONTHS LATER and bash us - it is well known we are on this forum EVERDAY, several times a day and that I ALSO answer every single email that comes into GotVapes. You DON'T use the forums to try to make a supplier look bad in the way you did - THAT in itself WAS very rude and bullying. Do you understand now Mike? What you did and the way you approached it was WRONG. You were warned and you kept it up, THAT was why the post was deleted.

Now you are going to try to paint us in as bad of a light as you can and say 'everyone' this and 'everyone' that. As a matter of fact we are often noted for how good our CS is and you yourself have stated this and have ordered several times since the tobacco sampler thing which occured MONTHS ago and incredibly, we had already taken care of. It is amazing that you came out of the woodwork on an issue so long ago and, if you were not happy or satisfied, we received NOT one PM or email about the issue. Just one day you post in our forum about a 3-4 month old issue that we had actually already done something about. This is completely wrong in so many ways.

FURTHER - your post is defammatory and slanderous in a public forum and I am now going to ask that something be done about this. Mikecup has stated we are 'dishonest' financially over the fact that we deleted one of his posts, after he was warned, intimating that we cheat people financially, being here 'just to take our money'. We are requesting and appealing some sort of action be taken on this before this goes any further.

Upon further deliberation I'll add that when both parties cool off they might want to consider some type of arbitration. This thread may be reopened after a staff review, but again the purpose of this subforum is to provide reviews of service and allow the suppliers to respond, not to flame and fight.
