Hi everyone, and madvapes.

I would just like to try and help out a little bit as I see there has been a lot of heat between customers and GotVapes. I have no personal experience ordering from this vendor, but I have been through every page in the Negative Review section, and noticed quite a feud (so to say) with GotVapes and certain customers. Now, I will admit everyone has to deal with ...... customers, I understand that. And I have noticed a very drastic difference in the outcome when Dannoman interacts with customers compared to when the other representative Bad oh jeeze, brain fart. But the other gentleman who represents the vendor on the forum. Dannoman seems very contained and courteous (how it should be) no matter what, you are a business. You take ..... all day, but in the end they are customers. You leave the bad ones who are just "trolling" forget about them, and try to help paying customers as best and fashionably as you can. As for the other respresentative, I am already in fear that if I so happen to order from your Vendor that I will be belittled, and argued with if I don't happen to have Dannoman deal with my problem. No matter what the cause, I'm not sure his reasoning for this.But it is extremely unproffesional, and down right immature to even voice your own opinion of a potential or existing client.

It is just my opinion, take it for what it is. But this gentleman (not Dannoman) is really hurting your Customer Service aspects of the business. I suggest proper grammer ( I am no expert, but then again I am not representing a company) and spelling to be worked on as well as the manner you address some issues.

Once again this is just my opinion, as I really want ALL of you excellent vendors to be as successful as you can. Cause I know without any of you, I wouldn't have been able to get myself Healthy and Happy and continue to be.

To be quite honest...we are one of the better known vendors on ECF, especially when it comes to forum activity. So we will automatically have more threads in here.

With that said I have to explain something about Chris (badkolo). He is actually more fiery than me on certain things. He shoots more from the hip, its the way he is. He loves the customer alot, I know this personally. He CARES ALOT about perception and if someone seems to get personal in these reviews, and he is a New Yorker, Chris, as part of his personality, will give you his unvarnished New York personality. But if you know Chris personally you will love the guy. But he doesn't take kindly to when he feels people are being obnoxious.

When it comes down to it Chris is more generous than I am (lol) and will give you much more leeway (I tend to go by policy and Chris will bend the rules alot). So don't take what you see here and paint a picture. He is one of the better people here on ECF. I knew Chris before GotVapes and because I loved his sincerity and passion I decided to hook up with him.

It's great to hear back from you guys. Sorry my title and my message had two different names. It was brought up to me in a PM. I didn't want to paint a picture, though I did have one painted in my head. I appreciate you responding back and changing the picture I had. You both seem like great people, and you run a good company IMO. I can totally understand the "fiery" personality, it is most definitely needed in a business. Have a great adventure both of you! Keep up the good work, and yeah I noticed you are the most active vendor on the Forum. It must be a lot of work, keep pulling through.

I hope many people read this, and see a little bit of the "non-business" aspects of you two!
