What do you mean by that? I've not really had any issues with it. I also use the element hiding helper to manually add things to my filter list. Adblock plus is still open source and free. If you go into ABP (AdblockPlus) settings, you can uncheck allow non-intrusive ads, and then they are all gone.

But either way having an ad-blocking plugin with your browser is a must.

The mere fact that they're now taking money to whitelist ads is just plain wrong. UBlock Origin won't do that. I also find it more responsive with a smaller system footprint. Not sure about Winderz, but it does make a difference in Linux.

I wasn't aware that they started doing that. Was this very recent, and did someone buy them out?

Lol, I guess I don't really pay much attention. Just goes to show that everyone tries to capitalize on everything. Cancer, child care, hospice, nursing homes, healthcare, insurance, and I guess adblocking, it never ends.

Well I got my card hacked last week. Some one made 5 transactions on PlayStation network with my card be for I caught it. Don't know if it was from a vendor or another online shop. Time to get a prepaid card for online transactions now. There were 3 juice company that I ordered from be for 8/8.

Funny thing is I don't even use google wallet. I know Google is in the information business, but they said they might send me a survey, but I didn't get one.

So i was hacked last night while i was sleeping i dug to find the thread because i know some are thinking that maybe all this new verify stuff may be something to look at and maybe it is but i have not shopped since the 8th where i had to go through the verify stuff,anywhere and someone got me for 589 bucks. I have 2 cards now and I only use one for online purchases. Haven't had anything happen for a 3rd time yet. Knock on wood.
