Anyone have any experience using these? I want to get 'em for my 808 if they're any good. The site says they don't have any filler to burn, that the liquid is in a res. and you have to fill it with a needle. The ones I've been getting from SmokelessImage usually start tasting funky after about 3-4 days. These cost less so they would save me money if they're any good. Opinions?

I personally love them. In my opinion (you know what they say about opinions...) the vapor with my 25% PG mix is nice and thick, I get an awesome throat hit and good flavor. I've been using them for a few months now with both my 808 and my 510. On the 808, I use the steel ones, and on the 510 I've been using the clear ones. In fact as I sit here now I'm vaping on my standard 510 battery with a 3 ohm XL CE2 clearomizer (got it for free, but I prefer the 2.4-2.6 ohm version). They do require a little more maintenance than a standard cartomizer, but in my opinion...well worth it.

They are a little trickier to fill, but after you do it a couple times, you get the hang of it and they become easy.

The liquid does go in a resevoir and there is no filler, unless you count the long wicks that hang down into the juice to wick it to the coil, which sits at the top, close to the mouthpiece. Look around and find the CE2 clearomizers, and you can see from pictures what it looks like on the inside.

Since the coil is closer to the mouthpiece than a standard cartomizer, the vapor is warmer, and as an added bonus, you can see easier when your atomizer starts to get the gunky build up and needs to be cleaned.

The metal ones will last for nice long time if you take care of them. I haven't bought a new box of them since April for my 808. All 5 still vape like a champ.

With the clear ones, you gotta watch out for cracking at the bottom of the tube, but you can get replacement tubes for dirt cheap (check out the Fluxomizer spare tubes from gotvapes.com).
