Has anycody tryed the catros that have a resovoir and a wick instead of the fiber filling?? I saw them when I was checking out some sites looking for some good cheap blank cartos for my 808d-1. They say that you can use them over and over again. I just was wondering if they work as good as a good traditional carto such as a V4L Coolcart?? Heres what their description says:

These cartomizers have no filler to burn and instead have a reservoir and wicking system. No burning, No leaking.
The CE2 808D-1 / 901 Cartomizer comes in at around 3.0 +-1 ohms and produces a ton of vapor and the same great flavor you have come to expect from a 808D-1 / 901. They hold approximately 1 ml of liquid and can be used time and time again. I've included the link so you can check them out and any feedback would be appreciated.

There have been 5 revisions of the CE2's now and I like the idea. I'm done with cartos with fillers - the ones I've tried and autopsied all burn filler or cloth at some point. See:

It's a long thread but scan it for pictures.

While the current versions of the CE2 work - I'd suggest the metal bodies rather than the 'clearomizers':

I primarily use the eGo-t's with tanks (also no filler) but I have one PV where I use the CE2 and it works well and has lasted a long time without a problem. It's an earlier version R2 and the standard size not the XL. The XL's (longer body) I've tried had wicking problems as if the length itself was a problem. Not so with the standard size. Hope this helps.
