If I were you I would start getting my stuff sent to another address. Can you receive personal packages at your work? Failing that it might be worth it to open a private mail box at a The UPS Store or some other mom&pop mail drop location. I would avoid the USPS at all costs. Some Maildrop locations will allow you to receive isolated mail for a fee instead of paying for a private mail box. (one item per month situation)

Failing this you might pay the extra fees to have it sent to your UPS Ground or FedEx ground. Might cost another $8.00 but what have you lost on the lost packages from USPS?

yeah, it's been really tough. I'm moving in a few weeks so I'm not tooooo worried but ugh.

I hate those ...... as well, so far the postman has "Lost" 4 packages in 6 months, 3 were sent from Japan so I am in contact with their "Consumer Affairs" division (IA for the post office).

Just refunded your order, even thought it was not under my control.

I can add signature delivery for your order next time, and we can find out who is stealing them,
but best chance is that it will be delivered with that.
Or we can request that you need to pick it up at the PO. and sign for it.
