95% / 5% (PG/VG) Any thicker seems to starve coil / dry burn / lessen coil life

Just a though?,...Experimentation has proven!...Could be wrong though....ANYWAY: Still new (but I thought I'D post here / save the newbies possibly) Seems I get more life out of the CE3 coil if the viscosity is thinner...(like, the Volt juices seem to keep the things going way longer!....one said they are 95/5?)....(Of course you'll have to purchase Propelyne Glycol "P/G"...perhaps from DIY "Do It Yourself" company,....or thini it down somehow?)...................JUST SAYING

I strongly believe that it's a problem with that particular CE3 you currently use. I have noticed that some of them wick better than others (notorious lack of proper quality control). In general, CE3s should be good for up to 70/30% PG/VG, and some of them can handle even thicker juices. Also you can raise central tube a bit to improve thick liquid flow towards coil. This way I can even vape Boba's Bounty which is 100%VG and very thick.

PS: SI juices are 90/10% PG/VG.

I vape 50/50 and 60/40 P/V all the time in my CE3s and never have issues ... except right after a refill ... but if I wait a few minutes they've wicked fine again and off to vaping I go.

I vape the same ratios in my CE3s pretty much exclusively and haven't had any major issues. I've had my first set of them for nearly a month and only one has died on me and I don't think that had anything to do with my juice because the other 4 are still going strong.

The only ones I've had die on me were my own fault. Too much dry burning after cleaning and I guess they gave up the ghost. But they're amazing. Easy to carry around several for the day. Easy to fill as long as you don't mind using a syringe (which I personally don't) ... I like 'em so much I'm getting 5 boxes in the co-op that's being worked on.
