The woman at the factory that makes them says it is but it looks way different than the Ce3s goin around right now. It looks like a eGo-T tank/atomizer built into a clear cartomizer.

these look like Got Vapes Sapphires but looking like they go on a KR-80d-1. gotvapes carries them in the 510 style. they have a tight draw but they vape well.
