The "Kanger CE5" (honestly, where the hell did that name come from?) and the Clear & Easy are the same thing, more properly known as the M3 clearomizer. As StereoDreamer said, they are okay-ish.
The CE3's you've been using are about as difficult as a clearo gets, simply because of the upside-down syringe fill. GotVapes offers a CE2 and a CE3 that you can simply drip into without having to bother with a syringe. I've never tried them, but they do exist. They call them the Phoenix, top-coil is CE2 and bottom-coil is CE3.
Some other options for 808 clearos:
The CE4. You'd know them on the S.I. site as the X2. Though they're made to be aesthetically pleasing on the larger batteries, they use standard 808 threads and will fit just fine on a stick battery. A better option in my opinion is a CE4+, which is the same device only with replaceable coils. You can find them at NHaler under their iGo line, at Smoktek and at several other vendors.
Innokin offers the Tidy 10 and the Tidy 12. I've been unable to find the Tidy 12 in the States for 808's, but the Tidy 10 is available at Sterling Vapors. They're okay, I guess. They're somewhat similar to a CE3 and also require a syringe to fill.
There's also the Nano, which again S.I. sells. Probably the best clearo I used in terms of taste, but that's not saying much.
There's the Kanger T4 out there somewhere. I've been unable to find a vendor in the States who carries them, but I've been told that the Liqui-Max Blanks that V2 offers are probably a re-branded T4.
Lastly, there's the new E-Smart clearomizer for the new E-Smart 808's by Kanger. Similar to the M3 clearo, they are slightly larger than a stick battery but they still use standard threading. I've seen them at Vapor Kings.
I'm not a huge fan of clearos, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
