Some issues with leaking. I've done a lot of research and ended up taking the advice to puncture the syringe hole with a smaller sized sewing needle. I use the video tutorial from outlaw vaper but end up with more of them leaking than not. I just wanted to see if there was something easier. I was just looking at these Kangers: Kanger 808D-1 CE5 Clearomizers

From what I've read people have either hit or miss experiences and instead of dumping $10 into a pack of five to have 2 or 3 leak I'd rather fewer ones that are guaranteed to work.

The one you linked to is another wicking top coil. You may want to try a vivi mini nova, but you would need a 808/510 adaptor.

I was also looking at some tanks as well but currently I only have a small battery and am unsure if it would work well with a tank set up...Gotta get a bigger one at some point.

I prefer 808 and 901 attys and cartos--I think they vape better.

I have a couple of the Clear and Easy 808's, They vape like a champ, with great flavor and decent vapor, but they don't hold much juice, and if you aren't careful with them, the little mouthpiece tip can easily pop out and get lost. It's good for "at home" use, but I almost never take mine out, after I lost a top on one at a farmers market, and it took me 20 minutes to find it on the ground.

I also have a couple CE5+ clearos, which I really like for carrying around in my pocket on a small eGo. They almost never leak, and hold enough juice to last all day, and the heads are replaceable. Never tried a CE3 or CE4...

There are a few different devices available in 808 you can experiment with that are slimmer than a mini nova: GotVapes™ Cartomizers : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

Thank you I'll check this out!

Can you link me to where you get your CE5+'s? I didn't even know there was anything past CE3 lol.

*EDIT*

I was also looking at these kangers: http://www.litecigusa.net/Kanger_808D_1_CE5_Clearomizers_p/808d-kanger-clearomizer.htm

I noticed in the URL it said CE5 but it doesn't say that on the product description. I'm pretty interested in those bad boys...does anyone have any experience with them?

*EDIT 2*

Hmm, upon further inspection those kangers look like they suffer the same problem as the clear and easy's with tips falling off...grrrrrr I just want to find something easy to use! lol.

The "Kanger CE5" (honestly, where the hell did that name come from?) and the Clear & Easy are the same thing, more properly known as the M3 clearomizer. As StereoDreamer said, they are okay-ish.

The CE3's you've been using are about as difficult as a clearo gets, simply because of the upside-down syringe fill. GotVapes offers a CE2 and a CE3 that you can simply drip into without having to bother with a syringe. I've never tried them, but they do exist. They call them the Phoenix, top-coil is CE2 and bottom-coil is CE3.

Some other options for 808 clearos:

The CE4. You'd know them on the S.I. site as the X2. Though they're made to be aesthetically pleasing on the larger batteries, they use standard 808 threads and will fit just fine on a stick battery. A better option in my opinion is a CE4+, which is the same device only with replaceable coils. You can find them at NHaler under their iGo line, at Smoktek and at several other vendors.

Innokin offers the Tidy 10 and the Tidy 12. I've been unable to find the Tidy 12 in the States for 808's, but the Tidy 10 is available at Sterling Vapors. They're okay, I guess. They're somewhat similar to a CE3 and also require a syringe to fill.

There's also the Nano, which again S.I. sells. Probably the best clearo I used in terms of taste, but that's not saying much.

There's the Kanger T4 out there somewhere. I've been unable to find a vendor in the States who carries them, but I've been told that the Liqui-Max Blanks that V2 offers are probably a re-branded T4.

Lastly, there's the new E-Smart clearomizer for the new E-Smart 808's by Kanger. Similar to the M3 clearo, they are slightly larger than a stick battery but they still use standard threading. I've seen them at Vapor Kings.

I'm not a huge fan of clearos, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
