CE4 Cleaning Help

So I watched a video on how to clean this CE4 with hot water and I did that. However now the water just does not want to go away. It condenses in the CE4. I tried a hair dryer and seems to have helped today but still it sat all night and still did not dry up.

Is it better to clean these things with everclear than to use water? Does it evaporate quicker being that it is alcohol?
