SOOOO i know this is kinda crazy to ask but how do you clean them. Ive watched the videos but one thing is confusing me. i dont understand people have told me Dont let any liquid get in the metal middle piece but in all the videos ive seen it looks like water is getting inside that part.im so clueless on this.

when cleaning it you can get water in middle tube..just blow it out after you rinse tank...be sure and let wicks dry or they wont soak up the juice..I do a dry burn with the silicone insert pulled out

Yeah, I think your confusion is between cleaning and filling. When filling with ejuice, don't fill in the middle tube.
