CE5 Clearo Leaking from Clear Base HELP

I got a new Vision V2 CE5 clearo in the mail today and I filled it up with my juice and it immediately started leaking from the bottom of the clear part. It appears to have no gap between the clear tube and metal part.

Does anyone have an easy way to fix this?

I used a very thin layer of elmer's glue on the metal base and carefully pressed the tank back on. I then wiped the excess glue with a damp cloth. I let it set overnight and it's been fine for the last 3 weeks.
