Hello, guys. First of all i`m sorry if i`m not starting the thread in the right forum.
Now to my problem. About 20 days ago i made an order from Microcig order Portal, Cheap Premium eCig from Microcig for about 400$. When it came to payment methods i had a choice betwen bank transfer and Western Union. I took the WU option because it was faster. On the 23rd of November i received a conforming e-mail that my payment was received and the order was under proceeding. This morning i decided to check things out cus i was getting furstrated by the waiting and to my surprise i couldnt log to my account. The system was telling me that no such e-mail is registered with them. I contacted them via skype and they told me that they had a system crash and that they lost alot of orders including mine and that they will try to fix that. Now all that is possible i gues, but the thing that bothers me most is the fact that i cant even log on their site. I keep all of the e-mail history, conforming my order and payment, i also keep the receipt from WU and the skype history of their employee telling me that they received my payment.
So now what are my options? Of course i would like to get what i paid for or get a refund, so what are the right steps to take?
