Lately I"ve been using hardly anything else but microcoils and cotton. I find the overall performance of these way superior than normal coils with silica, so I will not be going back to them. some people say they"re still usefull for certain type of juices but as I only smoke tobacco juices and the occasional menthol they're not for me. The only problem is that I do have to agree when people say that ceramic cups seem to add something to the quality of the vape. And as I don't find it easy to wrap a quality microcoil with Res/no res wires I suggest that Imeo, you should design something like the new ithaka rebuildable part, but with a ceramic cup.
Any suggestions?

My suggestion is to stop making microcoils dut. Oxidising the wire is not good at all. I see this happens a lot but its just not good. Vaping oxidised metals is very dangerous.

I make microcoils but I dont burn wire, I leave it as it is and the microcoil that I make is just perfect. No reason to burn wire because coils dont touch each other either. Its only an eye effect
