Certain E-cig wanted 510 Titan

I would post in the Canadian forum but Im not allowed to I am looking for this ecig and cant find it anywhere that REASONABLY ships to Canada. I did find one site but it was 25$. I see the Titan 510 on Totally Wicked but its different. I want choice of color and customizable order. The link is posted below of the e-cig i want.

After doing a bit of searching, I've found that v4L is in fact the only vendor that sells the Titan.

Isn't the Titan just a 510 clone?

*Edit* Nevermind I was thinking of the Titan 510 kit that Totaly Wicked sells. That kit is deffinatly not a standard 510.
