Certificate Errors

The computer I mostly use is company owned. As I am not the "administrator", I cannot have anything else but Internet Explorer (10). No matter what thread, in box, forum or sub-forum I go to, I continually get, "Internet Explorer blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors." Is there a way to correct this on y'alls end or mine?
