I just received my 3rd order in less than 4 weeks from Canadian Electronics Vapor out of British Columbia. I would like to say first off is that I received each order within 2 days of ordering. I chose this supplier because I have been frauded with other online purchases (not in the e-cigarette community) and they are the only site I found in Canada so far that offered COD. They are not necessarily the cheapest supplier I have seen online but the quality of equipment they sell and the COD shipping option was the clincher. As a result of their great service I have referred 9 other people in my area of Brantford Ontario to them.
I think the thing that impressed me most was the personal acknowledgment on my last order. My invoice had a personally written Thank You on it, and they sent me some sample flavors. Now don't get me wrong I did just spend a substantial amount of money with them, but in no way are they required or obligated to do such a thing. I have always said its the small gestures in life that that will get you the furthest.
