Nope... it happens to be a Federal Law!!
Ever hear of the saying "No Purchase Required"??
They need to provide an alternate means of entry for people who do not wish to place an order, but would still like to enter the contest... and this is NOT the 1st time I have brought this up to them.

They also cannot charge shipping on prizes and/or make somebody place an order to receive it, both of which they have also tried to do in the past!!
