Changing flavour in a cartomizer?

I just started vaping a few days ago, and to start off I had ordered five blank cartomizers for my 510.
I filled each one with a different flavour, and have been topping them off as necessary, and I'm really liking it. However, I'm really not fond of one of the flavours, and I was wondering if there was a way to use the cartomizer with a different flavour, so I don't have to feel like I wasted it. Especially because I have lots of other flavours (I ordered a bunch for DIY juice) I'm dying to try and it might be a couple weeks before my next order of cartos arrives.

So any suggestions?
Is there a way I can clean the carto? (besides the syringe flushing method I saw somewhere, I don't know where to get the non-syringe supplies to do that)
Should I just use a compatible flavour and power through it until all of the old flavour is gone?
Or should I just count it as a loss?

I have another question, can that lipton tea bag mod be used with cartomizers, or only with cartridges?

PS, the cartos I have are not the Joye ones, I'm not sure what brand they are. I got them from Health Cabin and they are the ones with a soft cap, and when you take that out you can see an empty circle with a metal thing and a fuzzy ring of white stuff around it. If that helps.

I do a reverse Taryn spin and then refill with a similar/compatible flavor. But I'm lazy.

What I have done is to run hot water through it for a couple of seconds, making sure i see water coming out at the bottom. Then i blow the water out as best as i can. Then I repeat 3 or 4 times. After the last time, I let it sit and dry out overnight. It looks like new after all is said and done.
