ripple, he got banned because he was defending GG against GG copiers? I dont think that the reason can be this because this is no reason to get banned. If its really like this, then I can start copying all the mods out there for fun and still be a respectable ecf member lol

My experience is the Mods are pretty fair about using the Banhammer. Whatever went down I'll bet $$$ it works itself out.

I've exchanged emails with our friend. About all I'll say about that is he stated "they're looking at it". Probably not worth speculating exactly what that means.

ECF is one of the only places that I Don't have any marks on my permanent record Real life... well that's a whole other story!

You know, this is quite upsetting to me. Seriously. Chaos is a good guy. Oppinionated yes, aren't we all. I thought we had free speech inthe US? Did he insult someone or just tell the truth? Did he curse or offend anyone? He wasnt an instigator nor a troll. Maybe I don't want to be here anymore either?

I hold back a lot on this forum(not this subforum specifically) just because I cherish the great information and conversations with you awesome people. It helped me quit smoking and keeps me away from cigarettes period, I'd be pretty sad if I got banned. I can't count how many times I've bit my lip(held back my fingers from typing) but all is well.

I hope things get worked out soon and he can grace this forum with his presence again.
