charge 16340/rcr123a's in PILA IBC?

hey all,
looking for a way to charge 3.7v 16340/rcr123a's in my PILA IBC. i found these spacers (15mm Charging Spacer Aluminum). Will they work in addition to the spacer already provided with the PILA charger? Is there another place to get them for cheaper?
