So I went to a local place a couple weeks ago. I got what I thought was a joyetech Twist battery. Less than a week later after charging completely I fired it and the light blinks like 7-10 times and doesn't fire. I charged it And the same thing happen. I done some research and it looks like this is a knock off. No logo on the bottom and the light stays on when charging etc.
I contacted the place where I got it and told them I think its a knock off and told them about my problems. They exchanged it and was going to look into the supplier about the logo thing.
Well the replacement is doing this again. After charging all night I fired the twist a few times and the light flashed 10 times . It wouldn't fire all it does is flash. So I hooked it back up to another charger I got from the shop. It charged like for 20 mins and turn green.
So does this make any sense? Are the chargers junk, the twist or both? I'm upset I paid for a joyetech and got a knock off. Especially when knock offs go for 12-15 when I paid $30 . I guess that's how we all learn. But dang,I was just wanting to help out a local business you know?
I'm glad my eVic will be here today. But I still need to resolve this issue though for a backup.

Try firing it without an atty screwed on and see if the light stays lit while firing. If it does then there's something wrong with your atty, or the connection between the battery and the atty. Battery "flashy flash flash" language evades me but it's telling you something. Sometimes if you screw the battery too tight onto an atty or a charger it can push the centre pin down and upset the connection. If this has happened get something like a pair of tweezers and pull the pin back up a bit.
