Charger for SB

I got my SB, charger and batteries. I plugged in the charger and it just flashes green, I insert batteries and it's flashing green, I leave them a few hours and it's flashing green. The lights never change color. So I'm not sure if maybe it's faulty. I thought I was supposed to charge the batteries first and I was expecting the lights on the charger to change to red while charging. Any thoughts?

So glad you finally got your SB! I have an old charger (not sure if it's the same as what you have) but on mine I have to sometimes roll the batteries in the charger before the light will turn red.
The light on mine is red while charging and turns green when done - doesn't flash just a steady light. Hopefully someone else will be along shortly and be able to give you better information. But if it was me and the light stays green I would pop those batteries in the SB and see if they work.

Well, yes I have tried using the batteries. They work but the performance is about as poor as I'm getting from my eGo. If the batteries are already charged then I would expect something a bit ..... better. Anyway, still playing around with it. Something is not quite right but it's great to have in my hands at last.

And yes, it did finally arrive last Friday. I will talk about that in another thread.

Hopefully some battery/charger wiz will be on soon and point you in the right direction. Wish I could be of more help but when it comes to batteries I've never been able to help out much.
You might want to try opening a ticket with Altsmoke and see if they can help you out.
