I need help y'all! One of my batteries is already dead and the stork brought my reo and my charger isn't going to arrive from Amazon for awhile. Does anyone know if Lowe's, Best buy, Walmart, somewhere would have a charger for the 14500 batteries? I need to go out and buy something ASAP. Sorry I'm just a total electronics newb - any help is appreciated! I couldn't find anything by searching any of their online sites. Thank you!

Ooh radio shack is a good idea. There's a hardware store right next to it as well.

Radio Shack had one Li-On charger on line only at one point - it was never an in store option. You could get into a lot of trouble with someone selling you a "well the battery fits so I guess it's ok" charger.
Your only real option would be locating a vape shop in your area that has chargers in stock.

You can also try doing a search for hobby shops near you and call them up. Maybe a camera store would hit paydirt as well?
There is one vape shop here, but selection is kind of limited. I guess it couldn't hurt to pop in after work today and see.
A good hobby shop or some one who carries high end flashlights will likely be your best bet just make sure it states on the charger it is good for your batts
