Charger Question For The eGO Twist

Hello everyone, quick question.

I have a Joye 510 USB charger/wall charger I got from LF as part of my first Joye eGO 510 starter kit about a year and a half ago (Specs: USB charger is Input DC 5v 500mA/Output DC 4.2v 420mA - Wall charger is Input 100-240v and Output is 5.0v 500mA), and I would like to know if it is compatible to charge the eGO Twist?
