Try cleaning the contacts on your battery and the charger. Dip a qtip into rubbing alcohol. "Wring" as much alcohol as you can out of the qtip. Wipe the battery and the contact point on the charger with this. Use the other part of the qtip to dry both the battery and charger.

There is also a possibility that you may have tightened things down too much, and depressed the center pin on your battery. Turn your battery off - 5 quick clicks. Use a toothpick to try to pry up the center pin on your battery just a wee small bit, and see if that helps the battery make contact with the charger.

It is also possible that you have a dud charger or battery. Did you buy this unit new or used? Where did you buy it? Try contacting the seller if you have issues.
