Decoding Kanger EVOD charging lights

All these devices seem to have different charging lights.

I have a new Kanger EVOD. I plugged it into charge. The LED flashed a couple of times. Then the LED went off, and the K logo on the charger went Red.
I assumed it was charging. A little while later, the K logo on the charger would occasionally flash a Green and then back to Red.

I took it off the charger for now. Is it charged? Thank you.

My Evod charger completes the battery charge when the "k" turns green permanently.

It's not fully charged until the green to red flashing goes to completely green and stays green.
