Charging 3V with a 3.7V Charger

Will charging a 3V battery with a 3.7V charger affect or destroy it? I have 3V batteries (TR15270) 800mah but I don't have a 3V charger. I was wondering if I could use my CR123A charger for them.

Where can I get a 3V charger? Are these called "CR2 chargers"?

I must warn you that Deal Extreme (the website) take very long to deliver from China. I ordered mine and it took a few days more than 3 weeks to get it.
But then again, you are in the Philippines, so you might get it much faster.
