Charging Issues with the KR808D-1

Thinks I posted the following in the wrong forum.

Hey all,
I just got my new Vapor Kings XL KR808 kit from V4L (YAY!). It came with two 380mah batts and a usb passthrough, along with a bunch of extras.

I'm currently riding the vapor cloud on 24mg cherry black... Aaahhhhh.

BUT -- I went to charge one of my batts on the supplied usb charger. An hour later I tried to use it and it won't vape. It blinks 3 times when I plug it in but no light on the charger... same thing on the wall charger, it just stays green.

Does this mean my batt is fried? Or am I doing something wrong?

Any help is appreciated. I want to try to fix it myself before I contact V4L.
