Charging Janty Stick V3 - USB issues

USB device not recognized... I did a google search... tried a few of the recommended tips... such as installing/uninstalling drivers... unplugging... service pack updates etc...

anyone else have this issue?

My Stick won't charge or work on the computer.

I did for the first two days, then this nonsense started.

I have windows XP

I have all of the versions of the stick and have never encountered a problem with charging via USB. If you post in the Jantyworld link under suppliers I'm sure mik or Eric could help you out. Have you tried plugging the usb cable into the wall charging unit? If the cable works via the wall charger, the problem may not lie with the usb cable. hope this helps!
