hey guys just got my BE510 and notice that the charge times on the batteries when completely dead is only 30 mins. am i doing something wrong? the directions say it will take 2.5 hours to charge. also vapor seems to be less than what is on the videos.

"BE" 510? Sorry-- not sure what the BE refers to? I've had the same experience with 510 batteries and it doesn't seem to make any difference where they came from. Once they're charged up and then drained, recharge takes maybe an hour-- or less-- for batteries from Titan mega, DK, or Joye kits.

Did you pre-charge them before use?

Most batteries seem to come at least partially charged so you can fire them up right away. But I've done the 8 hour initial charge for most of them, per the instructions I got with my first Joye kit. On the other hand, I've also heard from various folks on this forum that the 8 hour charge is not really necessary--so who knows if that really makes a difference in terms of battery life/charge times.

Anyway, I can't see that you're doing anything 'wrong', cornbread. But maybe others can weigh in . . . ?

As for the vapor, that can depend on a lot of things--the type of juice you're using, the way you're filling/topping off your carts, whether you're also dripping on the atty, etc.

Battery life is VERY short, but gets a little better after a week or so in my experience, charging time is also quite a bit faster than 2.5 hours. When I started my batt on the charger had JUST turned green when I killed the batt I was vaping on, after the "newness" wore off I will have a green batt on the charger for quite a while before I need it. I did get a 3rd batt to help on times where I needed it tho. After a week or two you should notice your batteries do a little better than they did initially.

I also bought a little chuck that should get here today (one battery all day!!!) THAG BUILT: A Wolf in Sheeps Clothing! and a PCC is a MUST if you ever plan on going anywhere!

Also a drop of VG does the vapor trick AWESOME.. I found a bottle of Wilton's glycerine at hobby lobby in the cake decorating isle for 2.18 a bottle.

I don't trust the lights. They don't always tell the truth. I leave my batts on a little longer, and they all work fine.
