doesnt matter . Lithium cells , be it ion or polymer have no memory effect like the old ni-cads or NiMh cells.

saying that though, general battery charging rules still apply. never leave a battery un-attended whilst charging. Equiptment failure WILL lead to a fire risk.

aaaa you're scaring me now .... i leave one battery on charge while i'm at work so i got a proper full one when i get home waaaa

I have a lamp timer that I use for when I head into the office. I set my battery charger up for the 4 hour max timer that was recommended with the product, and it automatically shuts off the power to the charger at that point.

It is one of those timers that you use to plug in and have the lamp turn on and off at a specific time, but it also has a manual 'sleep / off' setting. I plug the charger in, hit the timed off setting and head to the office. The brand name is Intermatic, I think.
