charging when not in use

with my e-cig when I'm not doing anything (smoking it refilling making new carts etc.) i put it in my USB charger. My question is, should i do this or should i use it until it runs out then charge it?

doesnt matter . Lithium cells , be it ion or polymer have no memory effect like the old ni-cads or NiMh cells.

saying that though, general battery charging rules still apply. never leave a battery un-attended whilst charging. Equiptment failure WILL lead to a fire risk.

thanks ap, so you're saying, if its 50% charged and i plug it in to the usb for 30 mins. and remove it it will have somewhat more of a 50% charge?

aaaa you're scaring me now .... i leave one battery on charge while i'm at work so i got a proper full one when i get home waaaa

I left mine in the charger all night and had a full charge in the morning ... all is good ... like apostle said, they do not have a memory ... all is good ...

I have a lamp timer that I use for when I head into the office. I set my battery charger up for the 4 hour max timer that was recommended with the product, and it automatically shuts off the power to the charger at that point.

It is one of those timers that you use to plug in and have the lamp turn on and off at a specific time, but it also has a manual 'sleep / off' setting. I plug the charger in, hit the timed off setting and head to the office. The brand name is Intermatic, I think.

Im new and cant post yet but can anyone help with this:

I have a 306. The Battery shows it is fully charged but when you use it, although the end glows red, nothing else happens.

Is it knackered?

Your atomiser might be dead Steve.
