At the end of this month I will be driving across most of the US. I would like to get an e-cig to use on my drive. Since I'll only be using it for one drive (or possibly two), I would like it to be cheap (about $30 or less) but I would also like it to produce good vapor and deliver lots of nicotine. I also don't want it to break. Does anyone have a good recommendation?

If anyone could recommend a website to buy it from, that would be great too.

Thanks!

Do you have a device now? If so what is it?
Is it exclusively for the car? If so you can get a USB pass through that you attach a tank to to Vape and drive. If not, they have pass through charging for egos, that would be a good setup. They are a little more money though.

You can get 2 cheap egos for 10 each, a protank 2 mini for 10, then all you need is liquid and a charger.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around your vaping history - lol.

Is this just going to be a hard drive? Or is this a long, road trip, kind of vacation drive? The reason I'm asking is if you are looking for something that's going to be used like 90% of the time in the car only. If that's the case get a couple of basic eGo passthrough batteries that can be used while they are plugged in and charging. When you leave the car, unplug and you have a fully charged battery. Like these: https://www.cignot.com/product_p/egc-upt-all.htm

That comes with the needed charging cord and it also has two voltage modes - 3.3 volt fixed and higher unregulated voltage mode - so there is some room there to find a setting you prefer.

You would need to add your own car to USB adapter to plug it in if the car you will be using doesn't have USB accessory ports.

Keep in mind that FastTech is a company out of China and takes a bit longer to receive your items. If you have some time to wait they have really good prices.

When you say it needs to deliver a lot of nicotine, are you smoking now? If so how much? The amount of nicotine in the liquid will determine what we call throat hit. It is the feeling in the back of the throat that a regular cigarette will also give. Knowing how much you smoke now we will be able to recommend a liquid with the proper nicotine level. In addition to the nicotine another ingredient in e-liquid that causes throat irritation in some people is PG (propylene glycol). You might consider using a liquid that has a low PG ratio.

for what you are looking for I would get an ego battery with a passthrough so you can charge it off of a cigarette lighter (with one of those usb adapters) and either a protank 2 with the aero tank base or the new nautilus mini. Those toppers produce good vapor, decent flavor and with the air flow adjuster the vape is cooler. Also if you find that the vapor is still too warm, get a longer drip tip (both tanks have removable tips) and that will also cool down the vapor.

Know that nicotine absorption, is better in your mouth and sinuses, than in your lungs, so mouth to lung hit instead of straight lung hit for more nic.

Budget was 30. Nautilus mini clocks in around $25. I agree with the satisfaction most people have with this device, but not on this budget.

Thanks! This will be a rough drive. I will be going about 1,600 miles solo stopping only for gas, so I will be driving for about 24 hours straight.

Thanks for the heads up about FastTech. I need it to arrive by the 29th. I don't smoke now or use nicotine except on long drives, which I usually do about once a year. But, when I do use nicotine, I like a lot. I was going to use Copenhagen long cut for the drive, but that's not going to work because it will aggravate a stomach issue I have. I like the extreme buzz from dip, so I would like the e-cig to provide a comparable effect.

I was thinking about trying VG this time, I never used that when I vaped before. I am planning to get 24mg or 30mg juice.

You might consider Snus, it is pasteurized tobacco in a pouch. No spitting required and it is easy on the stomach. Both Marlboro and Camel have them readily available at most convenience stores and in different flavors.
