Hey guys, I just wanted to share my two cents about my experience with the cheapest e-liquids. Now I understand that cheap does not always equal good, but I've been pretty pleased with these two suppliers. I am not affiliated with either of them and am simply a consumer.

I love this supplier! Some of the best customer service I've EVER received. I'm a stickler when it comes to customer service, but I have been amazed time and time again by how friendly and personable these guys are. Not only that, but their e-liquid prices are astounding. Granted a 10mL bottle will run you $5.95 if you buy it alone, but they offer a 5-pack sampler of 10mL bottles for $17.95. That means you can order 5 different flavors for this price, or multiples of single flavors. Great deal if you ask me. And they always seem to be offering discounts. Right now, it looks like it's a 10% discount on the 5-pack. Here are the numbers based on the 5-pack of 10mL bottles (numbers will vary if you order single flavors, or the 20mL sampler).
Price: $17.95 - 10% discount = $16.15
Price per mL: 32¢
US Shipping: $3.00
Price per mL (inc shipping): 38¢

I'm currently living in France so I needed to find an EU supplier, but these guys ship to the US as well. You may be hesitant to order from Croatia, but I've had absolutely zero problem with them. Their Green Witch line is the cheapest on their site, plus the cheapest from any European supplier that I've found. Flavors are a little on the muted side, but that's fine by me given their prices. They offer single bottles, 3-packs (11% discount over singles), and 10-packs (20% discount over singles). Unfortunately they don't offer a sampler pack and they don't really like it when you order the 10-pack for the discount with 10 different flavors (they fulfilled two orders of mine like that, then kindly asked me to stop and order singles next time). Here is the breakdown for 10x single flavors in 10mL. I buy 10x at a time because shipping does not decrease if you order less.
Price: $29.99
Price per mL: 30¢
US Shipping: $11.99 (again, don't order less because shipping won't decrease)
Price per mL (inc shipping): 42¢

YMMV.
