Cheap / Reliable Dekang from China?

I'm searching for some place to buy Dekang e-liquid that's cheap but reliable (as in originals) from China. I live in Chile, South America, so free shipping would be a big plus.
Also, any of you know where can I find better quality e-liquid from a US vendor that ships outside the states with decent S&H charges?
