If your open to the Riva, which is just the same as the eGo, I have both, Vaporjunction.com is having a sale on them for $49.95 and you can use his 10% off code on top of that, which is ECF10. I'm not sure if they come with the LR atties though but they do carry them.
I second the VaporJunction suggestion.
Also, Tasty vapor has the eGo w/ 2 batteries for $55. No LR atty, but at that price, you can pick some up elsewhere and still stay at about $70 total.

Ya know, Mr. Spanker, Clouds of Vapor has eGo parts pretty cheap and they have LR attys. You could put together your own kit there. 2 650mAh batts: $18.49 each =$36.98 plus charger at $8.49 and cone at $4.49 totals $49.96. That leaves $20.04 for attys and they have the LRs for $8.49 so you could get two and still be under $70.00 before shipping.
