Where is the cheapest place to order PG & VG ?

I haven't placed the order yet but I have all the necessary DIY products in my Amazon wish list. Price-wise, at the time, I really couldn't find this stuff for any less and my trust for Amazon would justify any small price increases. Just my thoughts.

I've been using USP Kosher Vegetable Glycerine – liquidbarn, I'm local to the company so that helps as far as shipping cost go though.

Many here used to get there PG from local Tractor Supply stores. I don't recall if they have VG also, but many stores and Pharmacies do.
