Anyone know what's the cheapest place for a replacement head? After more than 4 months the threading gave out on mine. I aga-t2 hangs on by only a 1/8th if that of a twist after I push it down. Not really feeling the $70-$80. :-(

They're coming out with a cheaper head. Not sure how much it'll be, but it will be cheaper. Doubt the eVic head will be easily repairable.

Anyways... use my provari till the new head gets here. Messing with it just made it worse. $75 including shipping was as cheap as I could find. I still can't believe the stupid treading got messed up. I have stuff that's a couple years old now and not once have I messed up the treading on the device, the cart/tanks yeah, but never the device.
Already driving me crazy not knowing the battery level on the provari! LOL

Haven't seen a replacement head price drop yet. Hopefully the release of the Easy head will force pricing on the eVic head down a bit. Dealers don't like stock sitting on shelves for long periods.
Grab an Air control Valve and attach it permanently if you only use tanks. It will provide you with fresh threading.

Would that work? Does that attach to the outer threading? An air control valve. I never even thought of that. I haven't thrown away the old head yet. I do only use the AGA-T2s.
No, it will have to connect to what threading you have left. However, only one time to attach it. Snug well and make sure you hold it while disconnecting any tank.

Out of stock. :-( I think I see what your saying now. I don't know if the threaded connection would be long enough to catch though. I tried to put a vivi nova on it and it wouldn't even catch no matter what I did.
Riffy, an eVic replacement head runs around $32 if you get one in a co-op. Have you attempted to join one? Check in Classifieds.
It's too late now I broke down and bought one. Couldn't wait. LOL I should do that next month when I have money again. Wasn't expecting to spend the $75 this month.
Yeah the threads should be SS not brass or w/e soft metal they used. Wouldn't have even driven the cost up much.
Kinda annoyed by that! Not annoyed enough to buy something different though. LOL Can't live without the screen telling me info.
