It pays to shop around, but I usually order from the two following:
Joye 302 atomizers are $8.25, if he orders enough he can get free shipping, over $80 I think.
The Joye 302 is a low-bridge atty, my preferance, and the BE112 below also is.

This is a China supplier, if he isn't in a hurry it's definitely the cheapest place, and I've had good luck with them. Standard "free" shipping may take 3 weeks +, but the $15 fee for faster shipping gets it here in about a week to 9 days. BE112 Atomizers $5.35
Even with the shipping fee, I get twenty of them cheaper than I can buy stateside, a little over $7 ea.

I have to wonder about them...it's been a little hard to find the "low-bridge" type 801 atomizers. There's another style, a "high-bridge" so called because the mesh bridge which helps to wick fluid into the atomizer from the cartridge almost always pushes the cartridge into the holder too far, causing inferior vapor, sometimes no vapor at all. It's an upside-down "V" shape. The Joye302 and the BE112 are the correct or 'low bridge' style, I have some high bridge ones I'll give to somebody who likes them for postage (six or seven)!! Just saying, $4.99 is very cheap for US pricing. I've looked at the site, may just ask a few quick questions and see if I get an answer. I'm sure if anyone looks at this thread we'll know soon enough, someone has surely bought from ValueVapor. I didn't see them on ECF's list of suppliers.

Sometimes, buying from the cheapest supplier doesn't save money. Those who do so should be prepared to get less than their money's worth.

I used to buy from VV ....

.

I agree with you but you tend to forget every single atomizer is made in China. Even Ikenvapes atties start out their lives in china and gets modified by Isaac to work perfect at the voltage he advertise them for... Closes USA manufacturer I know off...

I have bought KR808 turbos from Nhaler and Vapornine both the same carto; different price... And the cheapo and supposedly crappy eastmall regular KR808 outperforms them in vapor production and they're on par in the flavor department... I just bought 50 cartos from China thru HealthCabin for the of 25 cartos from Nhaler or Vapornine...

I say go cheap on your cartos, not on your HV atties and on your juice...

But, then again I had HV901 atties from eastmall ($4.50 for 5 ) that lasted a week less than my HV901 atties from IkenVape ( $7.99 each). But if you can afford it, I'd buy the Ikenvapes atties because they dont ever give than burnt taste unless you run the atty dry. And I've had one last month; that lasted me a month and 3 1/2weeks ... The only thing that made me switch and throw it away was the flavor was starting to be off; didnt want to clean it ...

Have to agree with Sailcat here, there was an issue with the attys in question awhile back...people were not happy with the performance at all, and looking at them on VV site they are the same SLB attys. I would be willing to order a few for curiosity but would have to hold judgement. And yes all are made in China...sometimes they have a run of 'bad' product, in the last 6 months I've have BIG problems with attys lasting an hour and then something gets scorched beyond cleaning. The coil fibers are floating around in the bottom loose and once you pull them out you know you've got maybe one more day of use, then they'll go cold. Not reliable, and in this venue (e-cigs) you can't have multiple failures without panic setting in. No more analogs???? Yikes! So a really cheap price on attys brings up major Red Flags to me, just MHO.

Agreed, Kate, and when something goes wrong, customer service and dealer integrity become critical.

It's such a relief when a supplier backs the products but when one buys the cheapest, then needs help when something goes awry, it'll make you feel stupid for being duped if the retailer falls short ... or worse, deceives the customer.
