I'm talking above 30ml (if anybody actually carries anything bigger). Quality is frankly irrelevant as long as it isn't total swill. I just want something to have as an emergency supply for the lean times. I'm too much of a butterfingers for DIY.

You really should give mixing a try if at all possible. I'm hooked on it. Hooked. And I don't have to pay much AT ALL for liquid, now.
Could you have your wife or sister or best friend or ANYONE help you with it?

I got a HUGE bottle of vg for $4
You can cut the nic juice with distilled water or alcohol which is cheap, too. $10 will buy you enough everclear or vodka to use forever.
Then all you have to do is buy flavoring.
And flavoring doesn't seem to cost much.
And you're never stuck at a strength or amount of flavor. I can chain vape 5mg when I feel like it or go up to 30mg for when I'm drinking or waking up.

Madvapes is dirt cheap for their own liquid, i got a 30ml bottle for just over 7 bux, it's not mindblowing stuff but it's certainly not crap
I'm with THE on this one, but only cutting my Nic with VG or PG not water or pga but THE is on track here, Im even making juices better then I can possibly by on the market and adding enough flavor so I really get it to where I want it, banging with taste.!!!

An ounce of 48mg nic + 4oz doubler is gonna make that juice around 9mg, not 12.
(9.6mg to be exact)

I mix the best menthol/tobacco juice I've ever tasted. Other people have agreed with that assessment. The base is 60mg unflavored from UnFlavored Smoke Juice - MFS Inc. , The VG is from the drug store, the tobacco blend in PG and the liquid menthol is from Perfumers Apprentice - Professional DIY Flavors

E-liquid.cn also has a sister site Ecigfair which sometimes has some bargains. Last month I paid $63 for a 1070ml bottle of Dekang 36mg and $25.20 per 10 pack of Joye 510 atomizers at Ecigfair. This month e-liquid.cn seems cheaper across the board.
Shipping is steep, I paid about $40 shipping plus $19 Paypal fee for a 1070ml bottle and 30 atomizers (they WILL email you about the Paypal fee if the shopping cart doesn't calculate it, it's mentioned in their payment terms as "bank charges"). But $197 for a liter of my favorite liquid in 36mg (which I'll cut to 18mg) and 30 atomizers was a bargain, and my order arrived in around five business days.
I've also always had good experiences with LightInTheBox where you can get 50ml bottles of liquid shipped for $12 each if you don't mind waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery, but their highest strength is 18mg, and the flavor choices are somewhat limited.
