PA DK Tobacco tastes flavorful at 15% for me, the Tobacco Blend (Alc) is a bit stronger. With Tobacco Absolute, you can create whatever concentration that you would like since you're starting out with 100% raw ingredients.

If I were going to work on a mix, from the flavors that we have, I would look at a combination of Flavour Art Cowboy with Tobacco Blend Alc for the tobacco base with a small hint of PA Black Cherry.

I made a cherry pipe tobacco flavor and its good! I used traditional Cherry flavoring purchased from Michaels, Johnson Creek's Tennesse Cured E-Liquid, and Glycerin. Mix roughly equal parts and a few drops of water or vodka. Tasted great and had the same/similar qualities to a good cherry pipe tobacco. Enjoy!

Mathew,
The Wyatt Earp I got as a sample was good, but weak on the tobacco side. It didn't really resemble the cherry tobaccos I smoked in the past. A nice vape though. I wish I would have thought at the time to add the cherry.

Kimer,
I think you're right - Dessert Ship with the Black Cherry would probably do the trick - would EM work as well as Cotton Candy?

Cotton Candy is EM in pg at 10% which is the highest amount that will disolve in PG :)

Thanks Kimer!

Guess I've got that already. I've got a batch curing now - I put my order of crystals in a 15ml bottle, fill with PG and shake and put in warm water. After a couple of days, the remaining crystals settle to the bottom and the satuated PG is poured off... then I start again. I just didn't know I was making cotton candy.

Teach,

Please respond back and let me know how your mix turns out. And if you wouldn't mind, possibly share it?

At least let me know how it turns out.

Thanks,
Dire

Hey Dire,
I'll try to try some on the next mix session - I got into playing with the CE2 syringe mod and the VapeMate siphons and used up my weekend not accomplishing my paperwork for tomorrow… this work thing is really interfering with my life!

Can anyone here suggest a recipe for this? Would prefer to use only PA flavors, but am willing to try others........

I make a sauce I call CherryBacco. Two guys at work stone me for this weekly!

For a 3ml batch:
2 drops PA Black Cherry
4 drops PA tobacco blend in Alcohol
1 drop PA sweetner

Of course tweak to your tastes and you can substitute regular cherry instead of the balck cherry. Also a drop of waffle may give you a hint of pie crust flavor in the mix. Oh yeah and all flavors were purchased from my favorite DIY supplier ONE STOP DIY.

Is that done at 10% flavor for the 3ml batch? trying to figure out how many parts that is for this size per ingredient. I would like to store this in Dan's excel spreadsheet for later use.

Hey Dire,

I calculated the numbers based on conversion from drops and the pdf is attached. I did percentages of Dessert Ship 20, Cherry 10, and Ethel Malto at 3 the nic juice. The tobacco definitly comes through so you might want to back that down - Dessert is strong. The EM might be bumped up if you prefer sweeter - will probably fill it out too. The taste of cherry is mild as it would be in the tobacco - that you can bump up too if you want more.

Sadly I was out of Black Cherry and used regular cherry (bit of a maraschino flavor on that) on one and a professional cherry on another (the 2nd was definitely in the range of the cherry pipe I remember) - they were from another vender so PM me if you want to know where. I'd say use the Black Cherry from One Stop though.

Neither was bad, bu the second was better on the drip. Good Mixin'!

Liv2Ski - Thanks for the recipe!

Your welcome and the PA (perfumers apprentice) flavors are all from one stop DIY. If you guys are working in % of mix then:

Black Cherry 4%
Tobacco Blend 7% (I am using PA tobacco in Alc for One stop Diy)
Malto 1%

All flavors are pretty strong so that is why I am in the 12% of total mix. Happy vaping. I have also found that the Maple (from DIY Flavor Shack)substituted for the Cherry makes for a pretty good vape too

I appreciate the update. I vaped one of the mixes all day yesterday - yes, definitely a lot of tobac at my mix rate... I found the tobac heavy but good - too many years of pipe and cigars. I added a drop of Vape Wizard, but instead of bringing out the cherry background, it reduced it. Since the Wizard contains Magic Mask (wish I would have remembered that) it apparently reduced the effectiveness of the cherry. Tried bumping up the cherry and EM to no avail - just couldn't get it back. I have another 3mls to experiment on, but not sure I'll get to it today. I'm thinking about doubling the mix I have to start, then trying to bring back the cherry. The heavy tobac is good, but to strong for and every day/all day vape.

Thanks again
