On 11/16 I ordered an 801 and 10 Marlboro cartridges as a starter pack. It took them two days (Wednesday) to charge my card, and now it's Friday. According to their website, my order is still pending shipment.

They claim that all orders made before 4:30 p.m. CST are shipped on the same day they were ordered. So I wonder what's taking a week? Why are these guys dragging ... on sending this out? It's obnoxious, particularly because their location in relation to me is very close. It's why I ordered from them. :mad:

Anybody have any experience with these folks?

I just noticed that I can't edit my posts. :confused:

I'd like to add that of course I've tried contacting them. Nobody EVER answers their 800 number. The live chat support on their website is always offline, and they don't respond to my emails.

I can't find someone with a bad report about them anywhere on the web though. I feel like the one who fell throught the crack here.

He's a member on this forum apparantly, but I'm not saying who at this point. I'm not going to call him out it because it hasn't been long enough. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt here.

In one of his posts he made a reference to shipping on Fridays so I'll check the status again at the end of the day today. It's fine if it ships on Friday, but the website says they ship every order made same day as long as it's before 4:30 p.m. CST.

Going by the website, this should have been in my hands on Wednesday or Thursday.
